Terms & Conditions — Training Provider Advertisers

These Terms apply to any Registered Training Organisation or other course provider ("Provider", "you") that takes out a sponsored listing on VeriTradie's Get Certified page. Providers don't self-register: VeriTradie creates your listing and emails you an invitation to set up your Provider Portal login. By setting your password and accessing the Provider Portal — or otherwise using the Provider Portal or accepting a sponsored listing — you agree to these Terms on behalf of the Provider you represent. VeriTradie is operated Australia-wide by VeriTradie (ABN 85 323 766 214) of 27 Carl St, Woolloongabba, Brisbane QLD 4102 ("VeriTradie", "we", "us", "our").

You represent and warrant that you are a legitimately operating training or course provider, authorised to deliver the qualifications, tickets, licences or courses you list. Before your listing is published, VeriTradie manually checks your organisation against the national training.gov.au register (or the relevant register for non-RTO providers) to confirm your registration status. This is a point-in-time check only — VeriTradie does not continuously monitor your accreditation, and you must notify us immediately if your registration is suspended, cancelled, or otherwise changes in a way that affects the accuracy of your listing.

Your listing displays information you provide to us: your business name, the qualifications, tickets, licences or courses you offer, the location(s)/state(s) you service, and a link to your website (and may include a short category or description where applicable). You're responsible for the accuracy of everything you provide, and must keep it up to date. VeriTradie may edit formatting, or reject or remove content that breaches these Terms or is inaccurate, misleading or unlawful, at its discretion.

• Paid placement only: your listing is publicly visible on Get Certified only while it's currently sponsored — there is no free or unsponsored tier.
• Term: sponsorship runs in fixed 30-day periods, purchased using credits bought through Stripe in AUD. Current pricing is shown on the Advertise With Us page and in your Provider Portal, and may change from time to time.
• Auto-renewal, and no lock-in: sponsorship automatically renews at the end of each 30-day period by deducting credits from your balance, unless you switch auto-renewal off in your Provider Portal. There is no minimum term or lock-in — you can turn off auto-renewal at any time, and your existing sponsorship simply runs out at the end of its current period.
• Optional auto top-up: you may save a card and nominate a credit pack to be purchased automatically when your balance can't cover an upcoming renewal. By enabling this, you authorise VeriTradie to charge that card automatically for the nominated amount. If a charge fails, auto top-up is switched off and we'll email you — your listing stays visible until the current period ends but won't renew further until you act.
• Insufficient balance: if your credit balance can't cover renewal and auto top-up isn't enabled or fails, your listing becomes invisible to the public (though you and VeriTradie can still see and manage it) until you top up and sponsor again.

Sponsorship is charged in advance for a fixed 30-day period and is non-refundable once paid, including where VeriTradie removes your listing early for a breach of these Terms — in that case, any unused portion of the current period is forfeited.

Your Provider Portal shows a click count and an indicative click "budget" for your current sponsorship period. This is provided for your information only, is directional rather than guaranteed to be complete or fully accurate, and is not a measure of leads, enrolments or value — sponsorship is always a flat fee and is never billed per click.

If your listing lapses or you stop sponsoring, we retain your Provider account, listing content and transaction records for up to 7 years, in line with our recordkeeping obligations (including under Australian tax and corporate recordkeeping requirements), even though your listing itself is no longer publicly shown once unsponsored.

Keep your login secure and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You're responsible for activity under your account, including any auto-renewal or auto top-up settings you've enabled.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriTradie's total liability to you arising from these Terms or your sponsorship is limited to the fees you paid for your current, or most recently paid, sponsorship period. VeriTradie is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost enrolments, lost profits or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes a guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded — including protections that may apply to you as a small business under the unfair contract terms regime, which is a further reason to have this clause reviewed by a solicitor before it's relied on.

VeriTradie may suspend or remove your listing for breach of these Terms, inaccurate or misleading content, loss of accreditation, or non-payment. You may stop sponsoring at any time as set out in clause 5.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version with a new date, and material changes will be flagged to active Providers. Continuing to use the Provider Portal after changes take effect means you accept them.

Our separate Privacy Policy explains what personal and business information we collect and how we use, store and disclose it. Payment card details are held by Stripe, not VeriTradie directly.

VeriTradie operates Australia-wide and these Terms apply wherever your organisation is based in Australia. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
